For the past 3 years we have been raising livestock show animals as part of Bowie High School’s FFA program. The learning curve for this new adventure was a little steep at times. What started out with a few chickens in our back yard, ended up with a second place in class finishing with a charolai heifer at one of the largest rodeos in the World.
